EXPLORE NEXT GENERATION CLIENT REVIEWS
Smarter, faster, more human
With Corey Wastle CFP®, Bianca Musico CFP®, Rob Pyne CFP®
Moderated by Simon Hoyle

Session Overview
The advice profession has spent decades refining how to win clients and onboard them efficiently. The next challenge is learning how to keep them.
As AI transforms advice delivery, automates routine tasks and makes information more accessible than ever, the critical question for advisers is no longer how efficiently they can produce advice—it's how they continue to create value long after the Statement of Advice has been delivered.
Moderated by Simon Hoyle, this dynamic plenary panel will move beyond theory and into the realities of ongoing client service. Through insightful questioning and robust discussion, Simon will challenge leading advisers to unpack what a truly valuable review experience looks like in an AI-enabled world. How do you keep clients engaged for years? How do you demonstrate value when information is increasingly commoditised? And how do technology, pricing, service models, and advice philosophy combine to create an experience clients are willing to pay for?
Through the lens of Congress's “Explore” theme, the discussion will examine the tensions shaping the future of advice: data versus meaning, automation versus trust, expertise versus curiosity, and efficiency versus human connection. From personalised digital tools and evolving client expectations, client attrition and AI-driven business models, this session will explore what clients will want from their adviser not just today, but in 2030 and beyond.
As AI handles more of the process, the human advantage becomes more valuable than ever. "AI can generate answers. Great advisers create meaning."
Explore how the next generation of client reviews can be smarter, faster and more human—and discover why your greatest competitive advantage may no longer be what you know, but how you help clients navigate what matters most.
